Manifold Books only have one numbered receipt or voucher per page. They are available in 2 part (duplicate) or 3 part (triplicate) configurations. Although custom sizes are available the standard sizes listed below are the most cost effective.

 

Standard Manifold Book Sizes: 3 3/8" x 7", 4 1/8"x 7", 5 1/4" x 7", 5 1/4" x 8 1/4", 5 5/8" x 9 1/4",8 1/4" x 7", 8 1/4" x 10 3/4".

 

Duplicate Manifold Books using bond or carbonless papers. This book contains 100 sheets per book (50-2 part sets) and 50 numbers per book.

 

Triplicate Manifolds Books using bond or carbonless papers. This book contains 150 sheets per book (50-3 part sets) and 50 numbers per book.

 

PAPER:
2 Part Books contain 100 sheets (50 white and 50 canary); 15 lb. Bond or Carbonless papers depending upon the style ordered.

3 Part Books contain 150 sheets (50 white, 50 canary and 50 pink); 15 lb. Bond or Carbonless papers depending upon the style ordered.

 

Copy: Any copy on the face will be printed only in black (standard). All parts print alike, offset printing.

 

Numbering: All sheets are consecutively numbered in red ink in the upper right hand corner next to and parallel to the perforation.

 

Perforations: All sheets perforated with a 5/8" stub running parallel with the shortest side.

 

Carbons: Books using bond papers will have two blue pencil carbons perforated and attached in the back.

 

Binding: Books are wire stitched with tagboard covers and stiff chipboard backs. covers are scored at the top and covered with tape. Carbonless books will have a wraparound cover to be used as a stop sheet between sets.

 

Wrapping: Books are shrink wrapped with the form name and starting and ending numbers listed. Books are sorted according to numbers. Standard wrapping is 10 books to the package.
